Once you find and download the 990s for each foundation – you can look through them to find out which nonprofits in your region receive money from them. You may even find out where this money came from. You will no doubt, find the nine VOLAGS as well as other organizations that support immigrants and refugees.  Find these groups’ 990s and websites and make notes on the contact information and other information of interest.  Search on addresses and phone numbers.  Often these can turn up subcontractors and affiliates.
